Every Body Walk! is an online educational campaign aimed at getting Americans up and moving. They are working to spread the message that walking 30 minutes a day, five days a week really can improve your overall health and prevent disease. Our team at CarenNovateMag.com are definitely  inspired and motivated, so we took the walking EveryBodyWalk.org pledge. We are challenging all caregivers, moms, working mothers and women entrepreneurs to a healthier 2013, to walk more,  to talk the pledge, have a talk-walk meeting, walk with your team after lunch for at least 30 minutes.
