By the time we know it, it will be 2014 and the patient protection and affordable care act (ObamaCare) will be fully implemented. Critics are worried about the impact of the ObamaCare – increasing healthcare cost, higher taxes to fund a national healthcare and shortage of primary care doctors partly driven by Medicare payment structures that persistently favor payment for specialty services over primary care.
Supporters of the new healthcare law insists that it will not regulate health care, but will regulates health insurance.
